Rustington FC will return to pre season training this Tuesday (3rd July) as the club prepare for their debut season at Senior level, training will take place at the football club at 7pm every Tuesday and Thursday evening and new players are more than welcome to attend.
The club have put together an intense training programme with a view to getting the playing squad fitter and stronger than ever before, the reserves and under 18's return to pre season on the 10th July and again new players are always welcome.
